Delivery & Returns

                                    Delivery & Returns – Region North America delivery in the continuous 50 states of the United States and territories uses various delivery services such as FedEx , UPS  or USPS. To speed up delivery of your order please ensure that someone is home/or place of work to sign for the parcel. If you want your order to be delivered to your neighbor please don’t forget to leave notice while completing your order.

In some cases, as a first time customer you may be asked to provide proof of billing address, particularly if the order is of high value. This is a security measure for us. If that happen and we have any doubt concerning fraudulence of certain order you will get an email so please check your email around the date of your order. This can take longer to delivery of your order.

When credit/debit card used as payment method please have all necessary information on hand. Credit cards are checked thoroughly to verify all information matches correctly. We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of the credit/debit card holder.

If you provide us an incorrect zip code or other addressing error you will be charged extra fee because delivery service provider will charge us a fee for this corrections. We assumes no liability for any lost packages that is incorrectly addressed due to customer mistakes while completed order on  website.


We cannot warranty the condition of nutritional bars or snacks against damage caused by excessive heat. While these bars remain refrigerated in our warehouses, UPS trucks and shipping hubs are not refrigerated and therefore we do not accept any returns on these items.


You may (or may not) have opportunity to see a shipping quote for your order while shopping on our website. Refer to the example table located at bottom of this page sample where demonstrating shipping cost which you may expect while ordering on  website. This is standard charges incurred with mentioned delivery service providers. Please allow up to 3-5 business days on delivery of your order. Most of delivery service careers does not deliver on holidays and weekends. Please keep it in mind when estimating expected delivery date.


You will be charged at time your order will leave our warehouse. General rules for shipping cost are as follows:


On orders up to $60.00 you will be charged a flat shipping fee of $9.95 and low order fee of $3.00. All orders up to $130.00 will be charged extra handling fee of $5.00. We offer FREE delivery on orders more than $130.00. Loyal customers may be entitled to FREE delivery on orders over $100.00. Volume discounts are available for orders over $300.00 in total. We reserve the right to change these offers at any time without notice.


Some products are too heavy and may increase the shipping amount on your order. Military, Hawaii & Alaska addresses will be used USPS shipping cost for the destination and weight in most cases extra fee may apply. UPS or FedEx does not ship to APO or FPO addresses.  


                                                    Tracking your parcel


If we accept your order you will get confirmation email with tracking code where it available. If you wish to track it for yourself, then simply click one of the delivery services links on home page. Sometime unfortunately there may be a problem with delivery. It may arrive late, it may arrive damaged or in some cases even it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will try to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. Unfortunately we will assume no liability for failed deliveries, if this happen by delivery service providers or by the customer’s fault.


Within 72 hours, you should receive an e-mail response to acknowledge the processing of the order. This is excluding weekends, holidays, or orders received on Friday after 3pm, in which case it may be the next business day before you receive a reply. If you do not receive a response to your order within 72 hours, then you can email us to confirm the order has been received.  


                                                Out of stock items


If everything is in-stock, the order is processed, packaged, and shipped by our warehouse personnel.  If something is out-of-stock, then you will be alerted by e-mail, phone-call, or both. Once we notified you of the out-of-stock item, possible options will be offered as follows:


  1. Holding the order: We will hold the entire order, until all items are in-stock and it can be shipped, complete. This can take anywhere from a few days, to several weeks, depending on reasons why the item is out-of-stock.
  2. Sending a partial order: The in-stock items are sent, and the out-of-stock item is back-ordered and sent later when it comes back into stock. This incurs an extra shipping charge.
  3. The in-stock items are sent, and the out-of-stock item is cancelled off the order.
  4. Substituting an in-stock item for the out-of-stock item. This is typically done if a flavor or certain type is out-of-stock, but another item that is very similarly priced/ similar in properties is available. There’s not always an easy replacement, and this option may not always be possible or viable.
  5. Cancelling the order all-together. 


                                      Overseas & International Delivery


The delivery/shipping charge will depend on what you order and whereabouts in the world you are based. To get the price including shipping, simply add your items to the shopping cart and then enter your shipping details - you will then be shown the total price of your order. If this does not work for you, then please come back to the main page of website and select your region accordingly to Europe/Rest of World and you will directed to our sister website where servicing mostly of our Europe Union and International shoppers. Otherwise you have the opportunity to change these settings on home page in box located on the top right side.


If you are unable to find products you are looking for on our sister website,then please email us and we will take our best to help you. NOTICE : We do not take orders over the internet for orders which require delivery out of the continental U.S. You should contact us by email for quote of shipping and handling cost of your order. Please expect up to 2-8 weeks for receiving your order. You may experience additional delays in customs over which we have no control. It’s your – customer’s responsibility to pay import fees, duties and taxes, if any.

We advised you to check with your country's customs service for information on quantity restrictions and prohibited ingredients. website will assume no responsibility if your orders has been sized. Some products may have stimulants such as caffeine, guarana , L-carnitine or testosterone boosters which are strictly prohibited in your country.

Otherwise if you wish to order product(s) to be delivered outside of the United States please first reach us in “contact us” page and we will make every attempt to satisfy you requirements. We will contact you with approximately cost of delivery of your order. If our estimated delivery cost will satisfy your budget, then we will do our best to arrange delivery to your designated address.


                                                       Returns Policy


In case you not happy with your order from you have the right to return your purchase. You can submit appropriate information on “return” page. It’s advisable to contact us prior to involving your debit/credit card financial issuer in such case. We’ll do our best to solve these problems. If you don’t contact us before and send product(s) back by your own initiative and without getting confirmation email from us, then we will decline any refund request in that case.

Make sure we only accept return as long as the items have not been opened and it’s within 7 days of us sending the parcel .Shipping cost will not be refunded. Before make return and if you have intention to do so, please reach us from “contact us” page with details of your order. In some cases we may request you to make proof (scanned photo) in you claim as you received damaged item or for any other reason.

Once item is received and inspected, we at our sole discretion will determine the disposal or return of items. If return is accepted, customer is charged a 20% re-stocking fee and credit given for balance of product price. Outbound shipping is not refunded.

Please make sure we reserve the right to decline any return and we can consider such option as replacement or issue a credit for your future purchases on website instead of issuing a refund to your debit/credit card.
